Description & Objective

  • Working One-to-one to manage Team Members and improve performance
  • How to conduct a one-to-one – how to plan & structure the session; how to carry out the one-to-one effectively
  • How to engage and gain committment – coaching questions, giving feedback, effective goal setting & motivating to improve
  • How to use goals, targets and metrics as motivators
  • How to Delegate effectively – 4 Steps to Developing each Report towards delegation; parameters of delegating
  • How to plan what to improve for each Team Member, generating a development plan
  • Role-play one-to-one sessions in near real situations
  • How to managee difficult people or challenging situations near real situations
  • Organising & structuring People & Performance Management – Prioritising; Planning; Tracking and recording
